We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied, you may return full price item(s) to us within 10 days of receipt for store credit only.
Sale merchandise is final sale.
We are unable to accept a return for merchandise that has been worn, stained, washed or damaged after receipt. Eligible items must be in the original condition they were received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please carefully pack your return and include a copy of your original packing slip.
You are responsible for covering the shipping cost for your return. ZAIME is not liable for any return packages that may be damaged or lost in-transit. We recommend using a service with tracking and insurance options available.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the return. If approved, a store credit will be emailed to you.
Return approval is at the discretion of our customer service team and we reserve the right to reject any return that doesn’t comply with our policy.
